John Trauth, CEO/President and Co-Founder
John brings more than 25 years of demonstrated successes in driving market expansion, revenue growth and operational excellence at large established companies such as BEA, Oracle, IBM, and Tektronix, as well as with smaller companies such as Cybertap, QMS, Enterworks and Merlin International. Trauth previously served as President of both Cybertap (acquired by IBM) and Merlin International.

 

Randy Stephens, COO and Co-Founder
Randy brings 19 years of demonstrated success in operations and administration for high tech, telecommunications and defense companies. Stephens organized and developed two successful start-ups in the mid-90s, and prior to joining Bricata, he worked as a turnaround expert for several large defense contractors. As an organizational and development expert, Randy was central to the nation-wide growth and success of Teligent, Inc. 

 

Gene Savchuk, CTO and Principal
With more than 25 years experience, Gene brings to Bricata a proven track record developing high-performance commercial software products. In 2002, Gene co-founded Fidelis Security Systems where he served as CTO and a primary architect. Gene was instrumental in leading the strategic vision of the product in its emerging market category, working alongside industry analysts and customers to shape their views of the market. As the company expanded overseas, he played an important role in extending sales capabilities to foreign markets. 

 

Todd Vollmer, Vice President of Sales
Todd is a seasoned sales executive and field operations leader with over 20 years of proven expertise in the Cyber Security industry.  As the leader of Bricata's global sales efforts, he is responsible for all customer-facing activities across the client acquisition-to-value lifecycle. Todd brings to Bricata a passion for sales excellence and “repeatable process” implementation. Prior to Bricata, he served as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Hexadite. During his career he also held senior sales leadership positions with FireEye, Mandiant, Guidance Software, ArcSight, and eSecurity.

 

Paul Casto, Vice President of Engineering
With over 30 years of operational and engineering experience, Paul's proven expertise has allowed him to lead numerous teams in developing and maintaining high capacity, highly reliable distributed systems.  His passion for designing and building products to solve real customer needs drives his focus on quality and supportability.  Paul previously served as  Director of Engineering with both Infoblox (Network Management appliances) and Telecommunication Systems (Carrier wireless systems), and is a retired U.S Marine Corps officer.
